Refund/Reservation Policy

  • A booking can only be confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total tariff.
  • Balance payment is due 10 days prior to the check-in date. We strictly do not accept booking full payments at the property*. Check-in will not be permitted without 100% payment of the tariff.
  • In the case of failing to complete the balance payment 10 days prior to the check-in date, a 10% escalation will be levied on the balance amount.
  • Failing to make the balance payment 10 days prior to the check-in date, will result in the booking being canceled and the initial deposit being forfeited.
  • If a guest wishes to make a booking 7 days or less prior to their desired check-in date, 100% payment is required to confirm the reservation*.
  • During a stay: If a guest desires to cancel or reduce the duration of their stay, refunds or credit will not be applicable.
