If cancelled or modified 10 days in advance from the date of arrival, no retention will be charged.
If cancelled or modified between 3- 7days in advance from the date of arrival, 50% retention will be applicable.
If cancelled or modified less than 24hrs in advance form the date of arrival, 100% retention will be applicable.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after approval. The amount will be credited to the original payment method within the same time frame, subject to bank processing times.
